With engineering reports available before assembly, each deck mounts to the structure as easily as it was incorporated into your building plans.
Our SureSet HD deck platform assemblies are marked and stacked for quick offloading in the correct order, with prefabricated railing assemblies added on the ground using a standard torque driver—making installation fast and ergonomic.

Each SureSet HD Balcony is designed to meet or exceed all codes, including live, snow, and wind load requirements. The heavy-duty front beam spans widths from 8-to-14-feet, with custom balcony widths up to 20-ft. on special order.
